DLAT, the Duxford Leadership Admission Test, is a comprehensive assessment designed to evaluate prospective students applying to Duxford International Business School (DIBS). Shortlisted candidates are invited to our campus to participate in DLAT, which includes a series of evaluations. These assessments consist of a Group Discussion (GD), Just A Minute (JAM), and a Personal Interview (PI) with both institute faculty and external industry experts.
DLAT aims to assess candidates’ capabilities, general awareness, and confidence, ensuring that each applicant is thoroughly evaluated for admission to DIBS.
