On May 3rd, learners from Duxford International Business School (DIBS) visited the Kerala Startup Mission Campus at Cyberpark in Calicut. This visit gave students a chance to explore Kerala’s thriving startup ecosystem. During the program, they engaged in an exciting discussion with Mr. Rony K. Roy, a Senior Fellow at the Kerala Startup Mission. His extensive experience in fostering entrepreneurial initiatives provided students with valuable insights into the local startup landscape.

During the session, Mr. Roy emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship and innovation. He shared inspiring success stories of local startups and discussed resources available for aspiring entrepreneurs in Kerala. Moreover, he highlighted how collaboration, mentorship, and access to funding play vital roles in nurturing innovative ideas.

This interaction with industry experts fueled the students’ passion for creating change and inspired them to think critically about their futures. As a result, the experience broadened their perspectives on the startup world, equipping them with knowledge and motivation to pursue their entrepreneurial aspirations.

Ultimately, the visit to the Kerala Startup Mission Campus marked a significant step in fostering a culture of innovation among DIBS learners.
