Prof. Gayathri is a postgraduate in Commerce and Business Administration. Her areas of specialisation include Finance, International Business Management, Human Resource Auditing, and Education Administration. In addition, she has completed Chartered Accountant – Intermediate Level of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and underwent internship and possesses expertise in audit-planning protocols,documentation & review processes, planning for execute internal audit projects, processes for tracking, resolving and communicating audit findings along with human resource management and audits.
She possesses more than 15 years of international work experience in schools of Cambridge University and Portsmouth University curricula from A-level to PG Level. She has served as Adviser to students of Houston University for one year. She has undertaken numerous research studies in the fields of International Business, Finance and Investments Portfolio. She has published papers in International Journals & Responsive Books/ Editorial Volumes with high impact factors.
As the Founder Director of Sankhya Skill Training Institute, which is driven by the motto of making high-ranking young minds, introduced the Positive Behavioural Participation Support (PBPS) which emphasises team-based planning & problem solving. This approach helps every individual trainee perfect their behaviour and improve academic performance.
She also organised, as part of Sankhya initiative, a number of Performance Enhancement Program (PEP), a 360-degree program to improve Personal, Professional, Instructional and Institutional dimensions of young faculty.
She conducted three International programs under PBPS & PEP at the International Indian School in Oman. She has been conducting literacy programs on how to open Bank account to make several rural women inclusive of the banking system. She also organized sanitation awareness programs in rural areas to the women who were under Economically Backward and poorly literate.
The 15 years of international experience in school education has made her very passionate about mentoring school children both on emotional and professional levels. She believes that the latent talents of children are rarely unearthed through formal education. This has prompted her to be part of the Logistics Sector Skill Council Team that created Logistics Literacy Programme for school students. She is proud that the Programme has been launched under her headship. She is now engaged in launching the Logistics Literacy Programme in a large number of schools in multiple States in the country.
Received the ILDC-AMP Women Excellence Awards 2019 for the exemplary contributions in the areas of Skill Development & Career Guidance.
