Student Grievance Redressal Portal

At DIBS, we are dedicated to addressing student concerns promptly and fairly. To ensure that all grievances are handled efficiently, we encourage students to submit their concerns via email to the Grievance Redressal Committee.

How to Submit Your Grievance:

  1. Draft Your Grievance: Clearly describe the issue you are facing, providing relevant details such as dates, locations, and individuals involved, if applicable.
  2. Attach Supporting Documents: Include any documents or evidence (e.g., medical certificates, exam records) that support your grievance.
  3. Email Your Grievance To: dean@dibs.edu.in

Types of Grievances You Can Submit:

  • Academic Concerns: Issues related to examinations, grading, attendance, etc.
  • Administrative Matters: Problems with campus facilities, services, or infrastructure.
  • Harassment or Discrimination: Report any instances of bullying, harassment, or unfair treatment.
  • Financial Concerns: Issues related to fees, scholarships, or financial aid.
  • Other Concerns: Any additional issues affecting your experience at DIBS.

Confidentiality and Fair Handling

All grievances will be treated with strict confidentiality. Access to your submission will be limited to those responsible for reviewing and addressing the issue. We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent process for all students.
