The event featured distinguished resource persons Dr. Suhail Palakkode, Dean of Academics at DIBS, and Dr. Shamal Sheikh, Assistant Professor at DIBS. Both speakers provided in-depth insights into the strategies and techniques essential for successful negotiations in various professional and personal settings.

Drawing inspiration from John F. Kennedy’s timeless quote, “Let us never negotiate out of fear, but let us never fear to negotiate,” the session explored how to approach negotiations with confidence and clarity. The speakers discussed the importance of preparation, emotional intelligence, and understanding the interests of all parties involved. On 10th November, DIBS hosted a session on Professional Development for Management, featuring Dr. Shaik Sofia Rani as the chief guest.
